Uru Mānuka: Animation - Eating Breakfast

During Uru Manuka this term we have been researching on a range of different countries.

Part of our Research we had to create an animation of people eating breakfast in that country.

Take a look at Matthew and Kristian's Animations below

  1. Mōrena,
Thanks for sharing your animations. I have just showed them to Crystalle and Kirra who are students at Tautoro School in Kaikohe. They really like what you have done. I have had breakfast in Japan - it was raw salmon, sushi and some funny looking eggs! I think I would prefer vegemite on toast like in Australia. Crystalle said she'd rather eat breakfast in New Zealand and have marmite on toast! Keep up the great work learning, creating and sharing. Which country would you like to try breakfast in?

  2. Kia ora,
What awesome animations about international breakfasts! Watching them made me feel rather hungry! I love the detail and thought you put into them. I think my favourite breakfast in the world would be French toast. I wonder if it actually comes from France? Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing!

  3. Tena korua Kristian and Matthew,
What awesome animations you have made especially using them to tell the story about breakfast. Do people in Japan really have sushi for breakfast? I wonder if they eat their Weet Bix with chopsticks? Breakfast in Australia seems not as exciting as they are eating toast, however, I always have toast and peanut butter for my breakfast like the Australians. What do both of you have for breakfast?
