Pango Reading Group: What makes a good friend?

This week the Pango reading group made a Padlet of traits they think a good friend has. They have done such a brilliant job and have come up with some great traits. Awesome work Pango group.

  1. Hi Kotuku, it's Miss McCormick here! I really like this Blog post about being a good friend. In Toroa we try to practise this everyday! Havana your idea caught my eye first about friends treating you with Respect. I agree! And here at Wigram when we talk about HEART that is one of the big parts that make the HEART of our school beat! It really looks like you guys have all worked together really well to come up with your ideas, you obviously all work well as a team! Maybe next time, you could share your Padlet with us and then Toroa could add to it as well to share with you our ideas! Keep up the great work Kotuku!

  2. Hi Miss McCormick, thank you so much for your comment. Here in Kōtuku we like to practise this as well. Pango Reading group has shared their Padlet with us here in Kōtuku and we have added some of our ideas. We would love it if you could share it with Toroa and add you ideas to it also. We look forward to hearing back from you!

  3. Hi Kotuku and the Pango Reading Group! Miss McCormick told us about your Padlet and that you had shared it with us so that we could add some ideas to it! We talked about what we think makes a good friend and you can see that we added some ideas! It's great that we can share our learning and thoughts with each other and that's also what good friends are here for! From Toroa

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
